About Process Painting
In Process Painting sessions we paint for the experience itself rather than the outcome—inviting an aspect of ourselves that is often ignored: our wild, innate creative exploration. Welcoming this genuine expression, we paint instinctively, creativity can bloom and insights may come through. We witness each other’s paintings without offering critique or comments of any kind. These are facilitated sessions, with gentle inquiry and curiosity anchoring the experience.
